terms of service
GENERAL
• General turnaround time for these commissions is 1 month AFTER the sketch is approved and paid.
• These are BASIC prices and are subjected to additional costs due to the complexity of the commission.
• Please include a link to references of the character(s) you want me to draw, including any small details (tattos, scars, etc) and a few words about preferred composition/pose.
• Prices include commercial usage.
• Your commission will be used for my showcase portfolio (with low res and signature)
• I have the right to turn down any commission request without a need of explanation.PAYMENTS
• Payment must be done upfront before I start working on the commission
• If payment is not received within 3 days without prior communication the commission will be canceled.
• Payment plans are possible up to 4 installmentsREVISIONS
• During sketching process you will have up to 3 revision requests.
• After sketch has been approved, no major revisions (character's posecomposition changes) are allowed.
• Minor adjustmens, like color correction can be discussed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Finished work is expected to be done in 2-3 months after the sketch has been approved, depending on the complexity.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs and or AIs.
• Commissioners are NOT ALLOWED to claim artwork as theirs, credits MUST be given.REFUNDS
There will be NO full refunds after the commission has been started.The refund amount will be negotiated with the customer depending on the piece's completion.Clients may request a refund only when a good reason is given.Please be sure you are willing to proceed with the commission and your financial situation is stable prior.Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.COMMUNICATION
